REFUND POLICY

1. Custom DJ Mixes
Custom DJ mixes are paid for in full upfront at the time of booking. If you are not satisfied with your custom DJ mix, we offer a refund option under the following terms:

  • Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund for your custom DJ mix.

  • Processing Time: Refunds for custom DJ mixes can take up to 2 weeks to process.

  • Conditions: The refund applies to the custom mix only and is subject to review based on the work done. If the mix has been completed and delivered, a refund will be processed accordingly.

2. Acoustic & DJ Services
For Acoustic & DJ services, the refund policy is based on the amount of notice given for cancellations:

  • Full Refund: A full refund of any deposit paid will be issued if the cancellation notice is given at least 1 monthprior to the scheduled event date.

  • Partial Refund: If the cancellation notice is given less than 1 month before the event, a refund of 50% of the deposit will be provided to cover the cancellation fee and related costs.

  • No Refund: If the cancellation notice is given within 2 weeks of the event, no refund will be issued. The full deposit will be retained to cover preparation and booking costs.

3. Cancellation Process
To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please contact us in writing via email at [Insert Email Address]. Be sure to include the following information in your request:

  • Your name

  • Event details (e.g., event date, type of service requested)

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Contact information

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

4. Exceptions
In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency situations, etc.), we may consider exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any special circumstances.

Nel Amore DJ reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
